This direct model means one point of contact, full accountability, and no handoffs between departments or third parties.

Customers may install any number of blinds in a single project.

For first-time installations, many homeowners choose to begin with one room (approximately 3–5 blinds) to experience the product and installation quality before expanding to additional rooms.

Larger homes or multi-room installations may be scheduled across multiple visits to ensure proper setup and workmanship.

• Initial payment of 50% starts custom manufacturing; full payment is also allowed
• Any remaining balance is due after installation and the final walkthrough
• No hidden fees or surprise charges

All BLINDS100 products are custom manufactured based on your window measurements and selected specifications.

• Orders become final and non-refundable after the applicable cancellation period ends and custom manufacturing begins
• Cancellations are handled according to the signed order and applicable cancellation period
• The initial in-home measurement and consultation is free

If a product arrives defective or fails under warranty, repair or replacement will be provided in accordance with the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Applicable sales tax is applied to hardware components where required. Installation is included within the quoted project price.

• Overdue unpaid balances may suspend support and warranty service until the account is brought current, to the extent permitted by the written agreement and applicable law.
