Reach out by text, call, or email to tell us about your windows, your smart home setup, and the type of blinds you're after. We answer everything upfront, no pressure and no obligation, then schedule your free in-home measurement at a time that works for you.
We come to you and measure every window on-site to guarantee an exact fit. We bring hundreds of fabric and material samples so you can see colors, weaves, and opacities in your own lighting, against your own walls and floors. We'll also recommend the right style for each room, blackout where you sleep, light-filtering or zebra where you want privacy with a view.
Once your measurements and fabric selections are finalized, we send an itemized invoice with your exact total in writing, including everything, with no surprise labor or setup fees. A 50% deposit places your custom order into production. The remaining balance isn't due until after installation.
Your blinds are built to order through our manufacturing partner, cut and assembled to your exact window dimensions and chosen materials for a clean, precise finish. Because every blind is made specifically for your windows, there's nothing generic or off-the-shelf about the final product.
When your blinds arrive, we return to install them to a permanent, secure standard using standard bracket mounting. Then we handle full smart home setup, connecting them to Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit, or SmartThings, and test every blind with you before we leave so you know exactly how everything works.
Every order includes a 5-year warranty covering the motors and electronics, backed locally, not through a mail-in process. If you ever need an adjustment or run into an issue, you're dealing with the same local team that installed your blinds. An extended 10-year warranty is available if you want longer coverage.
