BLINDS100 TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: July 14, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of blinds100.com and the residential products and services provided by BLINDS100.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the website, submitting a form, booking an appointment, approving an order, or purchasing products or services, the customer agrees to these Terms.
Customers must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes.
2. RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
BLINDS100 currently serves residential customers.
Services may include:
• In-home measurement
• Product consultation
• Custom window coverings
• Delivery
• Installation
• Basic remote and smart-control setup
Commercial projects are not currently accepted unless BLINDS100 agrees otherwise in writing.
3. FREE CONSULTATION AND MEASUREMENT
In-home measurement and consultation are currently offered without charge unless BLINDS100 provides different written terms before the appointment.
Booking an appointment does not obligate the customer to make a purchase.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and windows.
Customers should disclose conditions that may affect measurement or installation, including:
• Damaged walls, trim, or window frames
• Hidden wiring or plumbing
• Water damage
• Unusual framing
• Security systems
• Restricted access
• Pets
• Hazardous conditions
• Recent or planned remodeling
5. QUOTES AND ORDER APPROVAL
A quote or estimate is not a final order until the customer approves and signs the Order & Installation Agreement.
Pricing is based on the measurements, products, options, services, taxes, and discounts shown in the agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, quoted pricing is valid for 30 days.
6. CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Products are custom manufactured according to the signed order.
Customers must review the following before signing:
• Product type
• Width and height
• Mounting method
• Fabric
• Color
• Opacity
• Motor side
• Controls
• Accessories
• Add-ons
• Pricing
After the applicable cancellation period ends and production begins, custom products are generally nonreturnable and nonrefundable except for defects, warranty issues, nonconforming products, or errors made by BLINDS100.
7. PAYMENT
The exact initial payment, remaining balance, due dates, and payment schedule will appear in the signed agreement and customer invoices.
Payments may be processed through QuickBooks, Shopify, banks, or other approved payment providers.
The remaining balance is generally due upon completion of installation unless a different written schedule has been approved.
8. CANCELLATION
Customers receive any cancellation rights required by applicable law.
The applicable deadline and cancellation instructions will appear in the signed agreement.

9. PRODUCTION AND SCHEDULING
Custom window coverings generally require approximately three to four weeks of production after the order is approved and released to production.
This is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion date.
Material shortages, manufacturer delays, transportation issues, weather, quality-control review, customer availability, and events outside reasonable control may affect timing.
10. INSTALLATION
Installation dates are subject to product readiness, availability, property access, and confirmation.
The customer must ensure:
• An authorized adult is present or available
• Windows and work areas are accessible
• Fragile items and valuables are moved when requested
• Children and pets remain away from work areas
• Electricity and Wi-Fi are available when needed
• Necessary phones, applications, accounts, passwords, hubs, and compatible devices are available for smart setup
BLINDS100 is not responsible for preexisting damage, hidden defects, unsuitable mounting surfaces, defective electrical systems, unavailable Wi-Fi, building movement, or incompatible third-party equipment not expressly guaranteed in writing.
11. SMART-HOME COMPATIBILITY
Compatibility may depend on third-party hardware, firmware, applications, routers, phones, hubs, accounts, voice assistants, regional availability, and software updates.
BLINDS100 will provide the setup included in the signed order but cannot guarantee the continued operation of third-party platforms outside BLINDS100’s control.
12. CHANGE ORDERS
Changes to a signed order must be documented and approved in writing before the changed work or production begins.
A change may affect:
• Pricing
• Payment schedule
• Product availability
• Production time
• Installation timing
13. WARRANTY
BLINDS100 currently provides a five-year limited warranty under its published warranty terms.
Manufacturer warranties may provide additional or separate coverage.
Warranty coverage does not include:
• Normal wear
• Misuse
• Accidents
• Unauthorized alterations
• Water damage
• Building movement
• Third-party network or platform failures
• Cosmetic variation within normal manufacturing tolerances
• Damage caused by someone other than BLINDS100
14. PROMOTIONAL BLIND
Unless different terms are shown in writing:
• The offer is limited to one qualifying blind per qualifying client
• The qualifying blind may not exceed 48 inches in width
• Add-ons and accessories are not included
• The offer has no cash value
• The offer applies to qualifying residential projects only
• Eligibility and the discount must appear in the signed order
Once a promotion is included in a signed agreement, BLINDS100 will honor the written agreement.
15. WEBSITE INFORMATION
BLINDS100 attempts to keep website descriptions, photographs, prices, and specifications accurate.
Colors and textures may appear different because of lighting, screens, photography, dye lots, and manufacturing variation.
Website errors may be corrected before an agreement is signed.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The BLINDS100 name, branding, website content, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, and software are owned by or licensed to BLINDS100.
They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or commercially used without permission.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLINDS100 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by California law.
Customers are encouraged to contact support@blinds100.com before starting a formal dispute so the parties may attempt to resolve the concern directly.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
BLINDS100 may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively modify an existing signed agreement.
