Yes. We bring physical samples, measure your windows and prepare a personal written quote. Ask questions, compare the options and take your time deciding. There is no obligation to order.
What areas do you serve?+
We serve homes within about 15 driving miles of Harbor City, including Torrance, Redondo Beach, Rancho Palos Verdes, San Pedro, and nearby South Bay communities. Enter your complete address when booking and we’ll confirm the service area.
Is professional installation included?+
Yes. The installed price includes in-home measurement, custom manufacturing, professional installation, and setup for compatible motorized shades.
How does payment work?+
A 50% initial payment starts custom manufacturing. You may pay the full total instead. Any remaining balance is due after installation, and your exact total is provided in writing before anything is ordered.
How long does the process take?+
Production and shipping typically take 3 to 4 weeks after approval. We contact you to schedule installation as soon as your order arrives and is checked.
What if something arrives damaged or does not fit?+
Because we measure and install the order, fit issues are uncommon. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we coordinate the replacement and return to install it at no additional charge.
