Yes. Installation is included in your quoted price with no separate labor fees. The measurement visit is currently free for a limited time and credited in full if you move forward.
50% deposit is due at order approval to begin custom manufacturing. The remaining 50% is due after installation.
After approval, production and shipping typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. Installation is scheduled once your blinds arrive.
We service homes within ~12 miles of Harbor City, CA. Text your address and we'll confirm availability.
Every order includes a 2-year warranty covering factory defects and motor or electronics issues.
We don't currently offer financing, but we recommend starting one room at a time. This lets you see the results, experience the smart controls firsthand, and decide how to move forward — without committing to a whole-home upgrade upfront.
We handle the entire process from measurement to installation, so fit issues are rare. In the unlikely event that a blind arrives damaged or incorrect, we will return to install the replacement at no additional charge, typically within 2 to 3 weeks from the reported date.

For voice and app-based control, we recommend the Amazon Alexa ecosystem — we have extensive experience building automated routines through Alexa and will walk you through the full setup during your installation visit.
Yes, we install in apartments and rental units. We use standard bracket mounting only — we do not offer drill-free or tension-mount options, as these can loosen over time and pose a safety risk. All installations are done to a permanent, secure standard.
We offer an extensive range of fabric opacities — from full blackout to 0.5%, 1%, 3%, 5%, and 10% openness — giving you precise control over light and privacy. Each opacity level comes in hundreds of fabric options, and we bring physical samples to your home during the measurement visit so you can choose with confidence.
