Important: Blinds100 positions its pricing as competitive and transparent. This page does not claim that Blinds100 is always the lowest-priced company in the market because opening sizes, fabrics, motors, installation scope and competitor quotes are rarely identical. The useful comparison is the same written scope against the same written scope.

Why quotes change

Six price drivers designers can control early

Finished size

Width and height affect material, tube, motor capacity, brackets and whether an opening must be divided.

Fabric collection

Texture, openness, blackout construction, width and premium material category change the base price.

Headrail and finish

Cassette, fascia, exposed roll, dual headrail, wrapped components and decorative track alter scope.

Operation

Manual, motorized, remote count, hub, smart integration and control accessories affect system cost.

Mount and access

Inside or outside mount, height, difficult access, substrate and trim conditions change installation planning.

Room performance

Blackout channels, layered treatments, privacy requirements and glare control can add components.

Do not budget every window as the same opening.

A practical designer allowance separates repeated standard windows from large glass, bedrooms, sliding doors, tall windows and layered treatments. This reduces the risk that one expensive specialty opening distorts the entire room budget.

Quote comparison

Normalize the scope before comparing price

Compare Question to ask Why it matters
Product and fabric Are the shade type, fabric category, color and opacity equivalent? A base roller and a premium textured blackout are not the same product.
Finished size Are both quotes based on the same measured width and height? Starting prices normally apply to a qualifying base size.
Hardware Are cassette, fascia, bottom rail, track and exposed finishes included? Visible components affect both appearance and cost.
Motor and controls Are motor type, remotes, hub, groups and smart setup included? A motor-only price can omit the controls needed for the promised experience.
Installation Is measurement, standard installation, testing and travel included? Product-only pricing can look lower before required service is added.
Exclusions Are electrical work, access equipment, repairs and specialty labor listed? Unknown exclusions become change orders later.
Warranty and support Who handles fit, motor, installation and smart-setup issues? The lowest line item can cost more if responsibility is fragmented.

Pricing questions

What to tell the client

Is the website starting price the final price?

No. It is a planning starting point for a qualifying base configuration. Field measurements, chosen fabric, hardware, motor, controls, installation conditions and tax determine the written price.

Does Blinds100 claim to be the cheapest?

No blanket market-wide claim is made. Blinds100 competes with direct, transparent installed pricing. The responsible comparison is two quotes normalized to the same product, size, controls and service scope.

Can a designer add a procurement fee or markup?

Blinds100 does not set the designer's client agreement. The designer should disclose and manage professional fees according to their own contract and applicable requirements. Blinds100's written order controls the amount owed to Blinds100.

Are whole-home packages available?

Current package offers may be available for qualifying products and sizes. Because promotions can change and may not stack, the exact package should be confirmed when the project is measured.

Can the project be phased by room?

Often yes. A phased plan should preserve fabric availability, color continuity, control compatibility and the final grouping strategy. Some supplier or promotion conditions can change between phases.

Turn the allowance into a written scope.

Share the rooms, window count, style direction, motorization goal and target budget. Blinds100 will confirm service-area eligibility and the next measurement step.

Request installed pricing

This guide is for planning and is not a binding quote. Prices, product availability, promotions, taxes and scope must be confirmed in the customer's written order.
